Refund and Return Policy

We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind. However, refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Please note that deposits paid (if applicable) are non-refundable. Also, any open product will not be exchanged or refunded.




Cancellation policy

We understand that unplanned issues or events can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask a minimum of 24 (business) hours notice to allow time to reallocate your appointment to another client.

If you cancel between 24 to 6 hours prior your appointment, we reserve the right to forfeit the treatment cost out of your prepaid treatment credit.


Package expiry

Treatments are transferable to other individuals and are not valid after a period of 6 months from the purchase date for a package of 3 or fewer treatments, 12 months for 6, 18 months for 12.


Treatment Time

Treatment times may vary depending on the routine that needs to be followed for your skin and how your body reacts to the treatment and products. We value your time so it’s our policy to run on time. Arriving late will reduce the time of your treatment as your treatment will end at the scheduled time so that the next client is not delayed. Consequently, we advise all our clients to arrive a minimum 5mins ahead of schedule. 


Individual results may vary and while we work to obtain the best results these may vary depending on a number of factors. Eg. Skin type, the severity of the condition, skincare routine, exposure to the sun, lifestyle and age.
